You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant MemoryMaps a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You're responsible for having rights to any content you upload.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Content is automatically screened and may be removed without notice.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

5. Disclaimer

MemoryMaps is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
